Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Halcro: Page 1, lines 3 - 12: Delete all material. Page 1, line 13: Delete "Sec. 2." Insert "Section 1." Representative Halcro moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ogan objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Therriault objected. Representative Mulder placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
